At the "Symposium on Scholarship of Teaching and Learning in and Across the Disciplines” in Banff, Canada in November 2016 Michelle Yeo and Genevieve Currie from Mount Royal University conducted a decoding interview with their colleague in Library Science, Margy MacMillan. David Pace provided commentary about the process and answered questions from the audience. The video of the session and a transcript is available at https://mru.arcabc.ca/islandora/object/mru%3A399?solr_nav%5Bid%5D=83312c82cf1bc9894a50&solr_nav%5Bpage%5D=0&solr_nav%5Boffset%5D=1
