- Having a regular pattern & steady workload.
- Having specific tasks to do with clear scope, bound.
- Having definitive outputs mapped out and targeting.
- Feeling that working as part of something larger than self.
- Linking ideas back to department teaching.
- Producing output that can share with non-education focussed colleagues.
- Taking away suggestions of small actions all staff in my department could implement into their teaching.
